In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Enrolled Bachelor's or master’s student (relevant field of study, such as logistics, supply chain management advantageous)
- Strong Power BI / SQL skills.
- Very good Excel knowledge.
- Medium level of Power Point.
- Ability to concentrate and deliver on time with the required quality
- Intermediate numeric skills, to support budget control tasks
- Team player with good team membership and collaborate across functions.
- Ability to develop data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Korean/Chinese is a plus
Your tasks
- Create Power BI Dashboard for tracking logistics related KPIs, like Claim, Productivity, OS&D, Lead time etc.
- Regularly Reporting the activities performed by the PDCs operation team, keeping track if finished, ongoing and upcoming countermeasure plans
- Back up for team members tasks during absence & report to superior
- Support superior or Management for ad – hoc tasks
