About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  •  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, Engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Customer-oriented professional with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in supplier negotiations and collaboration with an international supplier base.
  • Experience in database management, reporting, and data analysis. 
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
                 

Your tasks

  • Procure accessory sourcing through technical-commercial evaluation and investigation of automotive products, developed and customized to fit dedicated vehicle models of Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis.

  • Support accessory product portfolio control by supplier selection and negotiation with respective suppliers to achieve cost savings by focusing on strategy, price, specification, quality, and reliability of supply.

  • Investigate potential suppliers and accessory business opportunities in Europe to ensure a competitive and open bidding environment, considering independence from global threats.

  • Deploy purchase prices through close collaboration with internal stakeholders on a daily basis and negotiations with vendors.

  • Report cost savings of team KPIs and provide regular updates on cost fluctuations.

  • Control supplier compliance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements.
