Your profile
- 
	Solid HR generalist experience with a strong understanding of operational HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, training, MbO, and organizational evaluation 
- 
	Proven ability to delegate responsibilities and lead cross-functional HR working groups with a focus on operational efficiency and consistency 
- 
	Strong analytical skills and experience in using HR data to assess employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction 
- 
	Experience in planning and implementing short-, mid-, and long-term personnel strategies, including training programs, succession planning, and performance management systems 
- 
	Sound knowledge of labor law and HR compliance standards, ideally with experience in employment relations and collaboration with works councils 
- 
	Strategic mindset with the ability to translate organizational needs into HR initiatives and provide data-driven advice to internal and external stakeholders 
- 
	High service orientation, hands-on mentality, and a proactive attitude toward leadership and employee development 
- 
	Culturally competent and comfortable working in a multicultural European–Korean environment 
- 
	Fluent in German and English 
Your tasks
- Delegate HR responsibilities by assigning roles to members in P&O working group dedicated to AS service parts. Oversee routine administrative processes like onboarding, offboarding, training, MbO, Organization evaluation and offer practical support for MPE AS service parts to ensure operational efficiency and organizational consistency.
- Identify and enhance employee performance and satisfaction by accurately assessing its current state, analyzing HR data, conducting engagement surveys, and implementing initiatives that improve retention and the overall employee experience through efficient, self-service processes.
- Plan /Initiate and support short term and mid- to long-term personnel strategies by introducing new systems, developing training programs and managing leadership succession. Furthermore, collaborates with planning departments to implement a performance management system for MPE AS service parts, designing processes and evaluation methods to ensure consistent performance evaluation across the organization.
- 
	Control and operate a performance management and evaluation system, objectively evaluate employee performance, monitor compliance with labor laws, and monitor whether HR processes are operating in accordance with standards. 
- Support the success of the MPE AS service parts through employment relations and labor law processes, leadership development and career advancement opportunities, and providing HR-related data analysis and strategic advice to the related internal and external stakeholders including management team.
