Working Group Leader Employee Experience & Reward (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• Delegate HR responsibilities by assigning roles to members in P&O working group dedicated to AS service parts. Oversee routine administrative processes like onboarding, offboarding, training, MbO, Organization evaluation and offer practical support for MPE AS service parts to ensure operational efficiency and organizational consistency.
• Identify and enhance employee performance and satisfaction by accurately assessing its current state, analyzing HR data, conducting engagement surveys, and implementing initiatives that improve retention and the overall employee experience through efficient, self-service processes.
• Plan /Initiate and support short term and mid- to long-term personnel strategies by introducing new systems, developing training programs and managing leadership succession. Furthermore, collaborates with planning departments to implement a performance management system for MPE AS service parts, designing processes and evaluation methods to ensure consistent performance evaluation across the organization.

• Control and operate a performance management and evaluation system, objectively evaluate employee performance, monitor compliance with labor laws, and monitor whether HR processes are operating in accordance with standards.

• Support the success of the MPE AS service parts through employment relations and labor law processes, leadership development and career advancement opportunities, and providing HR-related data analysis and strategic advice to the related internal and external stakeholders including management team.
