In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehousing operations through relevant education, training, or practical work experience.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with hands-on experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, dashboards, SQL, or similar data analysis platforms.
- Professional proficiency in English; Korean language skills are considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field.
Your tasks
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports using the IDP Dashboard Tool.
- Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational excellence and process standardization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standardized process management practices.
- Support the Team Leader in managing ongoing projects, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop detailed analytical reports to identify trends, operational performance, and business opportunities.
- Collect and analyze daily feedback from PDCs, providing recommendations and solutions to address operational inquiries and challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, and dashboards.
- Investigate performance gaps, operational issues, and non-achievement of KPIs, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and project deliverables.
- Support management with ad hoc analyses, reports, and special projects as required.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights and operational performance analysis.
