MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent knowledge and competence gained through relevant education and professional experience.
· Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferable within Operations, including several years in a senior management role.
· Experience in managing multiple teams.
· Proven experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
· Strong track record of driving operational excellence, process improvements, and organizational change
· Experience managing budgets, resources, and performance against business objectives and KPI’s
· Experience working with strategic planning, business development, and continuous improvements initiatives
· Experience in an international organization is an advantage
Your tasks

· Lead and manage the Operations Department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and long-term business success. · Lead, coach, and develop managers and employees, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting individual growth. · Define, monitor, and achieve departmental objectives and KPI’s aligned with the company’s strategic goals. · Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legislation. · Identify competence and training needs and collaborate with HR and stakeholders to support employee development. · Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives. · Manage departmental budget, resources and operational priorities to achieve business objectives · Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate across departments · Prepare and present reports, analyses, and performance updates to Branch President and Headquarters · Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence |
