MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
The position is a Fixed Term contract.
Your profile
- Degree in Business administration or anything similar
- Preferably approximately 2-3 years of experience in automotive purchasing
- Experience in database management, reporting analysis
- Customer service oriented and communication skills
- Prospection of new suppliers/customers on an international level
- Excellent strategic negotiation
- Fluent in English is a must, German (optional)
- Hands on & Team spirit to support colleagues efficiently

Your tasks
- Execute accessory sourcing through technical-commercial evaluation and investigation of automotive products, developed and customized to fit for dedicated vehicle models of Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis
- Manage accessory product portfolio control by supplier selection and negotiation with respective suppliers to achieve cost savings by focusing on strategy, price, specification, quality and reliability of supply
- Establish potential strategic suppliers network by evaluation for accessory business in Europe and maintain long-term relationships with vendors considering business interest
- Control & execute purchase prices by close collaboration with internal stakeholders on daily basis & negotiations with the vendors
- Coordinate and support projects for continuous improvement process by coordination with cross-functional departments
- Report cost savings of Team KPI & investigate in regular fluctuation as well as reviewing project status
- Research new market trends, raw materials and other cost factors considering necessity of accessory business for every sourcing & price change activities
- Implement and maintain packaging guidelines through Pack-D file as well as ensuring suppliers follow HQ standards for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis packaging labels
- Develop and implement the savings potential, alternative solutions and continuous identification of cost-down
- Support with alternative solutions and continuous identification of cost-down measures to reduce overall costs and potential for improvements
- Proactive attitude for scouting potential new supplier for shortlisting
