Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ADAS or automotive system validation in a supplier or OEM environment.
- Solid knowledge of: ADAS/AD systems and sensor technologies (Radar, Camera, Ultrasonic).
- Automotive development processes (V-Model, ASPICE), Functional safety (ISO 26262) and validation methodology.
- Hands-on experience with: Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer), requirement & test management tools (Polarion, Jira, Confluence), data analysis and logging system.
- Fluent English (mandatory) and German (B1/B2 or higher preferred), strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Structured, independent, and quality-driven working approach, excellent communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
- Valid driving license (mandatory), advanced driving training is a plus.
- Travel up to 50% of the time including domestic and international travel for training and coordination.
- Experience working with German OEMs is a strong advantage.
Your tasks
- Analyze and review OEM/customer requirements, system specifications, and regulatory constraints (e.g., Euro NCAP, UNECE).
- Define and maintain ADAS test strategies, ensuring alignment with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and OEM processes. Ensure full traceability between requirements and validation results in tools such as Polarion.
- Perform functional verification of ADAS sensors and features following vehicle integration. Validate ADAS/AV features in real-world conditions (public roads) and proving grounds.
- Prepare and maintain test vehicles including installation of sensors, measurement equipment, and logging systems. Perform and validate sensor calibration (camera, radar, ultrasonic, etc.).
- Identify document, and track issues using tools such as Jira or OEM-specific systems. Support root cause analysis in collaboration with system, software, and hardware teams. Perform regression testing after issue resolution.
- Act as technical interface towards OEM customers (e.g., German OEMs). Participate in technical reviews, validation meetings, and release discussions. Represent the company during Euro NCAP tests and customer audits.
- Support Start of Production (SOP) activities and validation gates. Contribute to End-of-Line (EOL) test setup and validation in European and Turkish production plants.
- Ensure alignment between development, validation, and industrialization phases. Participate in technical conferences and workshops related to ADAS and Autonomous Driving in Europe.
- Support system release activities in accordance with OEM milestones and mechanical and electrical integration within the vehicle architecture.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and automotive standards.
