MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience (internship/junior role) with Java and object-oriented programming
- Strong SQL skills: ability to write and optimize complex queries (joins, subqueries, window functions)
- Basic understanding of system architecture and integration (API concepts, data flows)
- Experience with web-based systems and UI frameworks (e.g., JavaScript; MiPlatform/Nexacro) is a plus
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms; ability to troubleshoot and debug
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and structured development processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
Your tasks
- Support PI (Process Innovation)
- Review and document current business processes; identify opportunities for standardization and improvement
- Support Data Engeering group
- Help define and maintain standard data flows/streams to enable consistent reporting and analysis
- Consider and analyze data and processes to streamline business and improve productivity
- Design new processed system for efficiency and consistency
- Develop and maintain server-side applications (e.g., Java) and RESTful APIs to integrate with internal/external services
- Develop and maintain web user interfaces (e.g., JavaScript; MiPlatform/Nexacro)
- Manage databases: write and optimize complex SQL queries; ensure data quality and consistency
- Review system procedures and operational processes related to automotive parts business
- Identify and troubleshoot defects/issues quickly to ensure stable operation
- Review IT project requests and user system change requests; assess feasibility and impact
