Your profile
- University degree in mechatronics, control systems, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a related field.
- Professional experience in requirements engineering & management.
- Knowledge of Electric Steering Systems is an asset
- Understanding of requirements for Electric power steering systems.
- Experience in system development according to ASPICE and ISO 26262 is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Siemens Polarion and/or DOORS and ASPICE.
- Good knowledge in automotive System and E/E architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and cross functional working practice.
- Structured way of working.
- Ability to efficiently manage information flow between projects and responsible teams.
- You are a good team player with the ability to negotiate technical solutions with opposing targets.
- Very good attitude for working in different cultural environments.
Your tasks
- Analysis of customer requirements for EPS system and coordination with the relevant departments.
- Lead requirements review activities, clarifying open items internally and with customers.
- Perform Import and export the requirements.
- Create and maintain requirement metrics and KPI reports.
- Create and maintain the system specifications according to ASPICE requirements.
- Ensure the traceability between customer. requirements and system requirements according to ASPICE and ISO 26262.
- Lead all customer requirements & ensure the deliverables within the project teams.
