Your profile
- University degree in mechatronics, control systems, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in EPS EE/SW general technical topics and customer requirements analysis.
- EE / SW network (communication, diagnosis, flashing) testing.
- E/E auxiliary SW tools & bench SW development
- Further application SW development: communication drivers, diagnosis interfaces etc.
- Good knowledge in automotive E/E architectures.
- Networking technologies such as LIN, CAN, CAN FD, FlexRay and Ethernet.
- C/C++ programming and Experience in EPS Base Software development.
- Strong Knowledge in automotive protocols and standards like CAN, UDS, AUTOSAR, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and cross functional working practice.
- Ability to efficiently manage information flow between projects and responsible teams.
- You are a good team player with the ability to negotiate technical solutions with opposing targets.
- Very good attitude for working in different cultural environments.
- Understanding of Vehicle concepts and associated development processes.
- EE System development according to ASPICE and ISO 26262.
- Usage of a variety of engineering software such as DOORS, Polarion, Confluence & JIRA.
Your tasks
- Understand EE/SW related requirements and negotiate internally and externally with customer.
- Support internal project team for any technical EE/SW related topics, e.g. EE/SW questionnaire, EE/ SW failure analysis.
- Support customer discussion on deep EE/SW topics and issues for better technical understanding.
- Review and handle local EE/SW bench test for release on communication, diagnosis, flashing etc.
- Configuration of EPS EE/SW, including related EOL parameters.
- Implement auxiliary SW tool or test bench SW development locally, basing on good SW design skills and different programming languages.
- Implement SW module development locally (UDS, network communication).
- Develop E/E architecture for EPS systems domain including networking, function distribution and implementation of module strategy.
- Evaluate overall architecture concepts (HW and function distribution) with focus on EPS systems, and interphases to other systems.
- Manage technical interphase between E/E architecture and SW functions, coordinating function architectures with internal core teams.
