Your profile

University Degree in Business or related field.

Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, German is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

SAP Experience (Sales SAP Module; Tracking and Analysis of Price Changes).

Experience in the automotive industry

Knowledge and experience in Sales/Price Management/Key Account Management.

Excellent negotiation and business communication skills.

Excellent team player, who can mediate between all stakeholders.

Enthusiast and result oriented.

Strong interest in the mix of commercially and technically oriented Job.

Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering is a plus.

Ability to manage work internationally.

Your tasks
In other to support our team providing customer service, price-, cost-, payment- control, support of engineering changes, long- and short- term sales/financial planning, support of any commercial topic, you will be responsible for:

Perform duties as the Key Account Manager for customers
-
Monitor customer information
-
Monitor and be aware of the basic unit of selling goods - JIS and JIT for billing process

Execute return billings for JIT trading goods
-
Control and manage Retro-activities (Part price change history)
-
Submit sales reports and forecasts to various departments in headquarters.
-
Request, organize and prepare various types of requested data in commercial topics.
-
Regularly communicate with various departments for receiving any required information.
-
EC (Engineering Change) related activities (manage meetings with customers, costing, etc.)
-
Negotiate costs and prices with our client in order to receive cost reimbursement..

Work with commercial BOM.

Monitor and maintain pricing & scheduling information and discuss it with our client

Complete Sales Month-End Closing.

Submit monthly sales data to various departments in headquarters.
-
Submit monthly sales forecast and market analysis monthly.
-
Monitor Effective Point of Implementation (EPI) schedules for the new prices.

Daily EDI Management.
-
Monitor and manage daily Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for inbound and outbound (ASN).
-
Work with IT to improve EDI systems to prevent errors and violations within customer systems.
