MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in quality or vehicle testing at an OEM or Tier‑1 supplier.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, testing methods, and quality processes prior to SOP.
- English and German proficiency at B2 level or higher; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with high self‑motivation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with teamwork and intercultural competence.
- Willingness to travel across Europe, including outdoor test environments.
- Class B driving licence required.
Your tasks
- Plan, execute, and support internal and external testing of prototype vehicles (static and dynamic).
- Set up, operate, and measure using instrumentation and diagnostic tools for data collection and analysis.
- Identify, report, and document defects, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and follow up on improvement actions from both customer and technical perspectives.
- Prepare and manage reports and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and QMS.
- Participate in pre‑audit and audit testing activities across Europe (approx. 50% travel, mainly by car).
- Support process optimization in vehicle evaluation and workflow activities.
- Manage quality issues during the first 100 days after SOP.
- Participate in technical coordination with global OEM customers.
