Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP administration, support, or consulting.
- Experience with one or more SAP modules such as:
- FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- MM (Materials Management)
- WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)
- PP (Production Planning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Experience in automotive, finance, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of SAP interfaces, EAI, or integration platforms.
- Experience with SAP authorization management and IT controls.
- Understanding of IT compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, or NIS2.
Your tasks
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for SAP users and business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure, test, and implement SAP system changes and enhancements.
- Monitor SAP system performance and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
- Manage change requests and ensure compliance with internal IT controls.
- Collaborate with key users and business departments to optimize processes.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Coordinate with external SAP consultants and service providers.
- Support audit, compliance, and security requirements related to SAP systems.
