Process Quality Manager (m/f/d)

In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Language proficiency in Dutch & English
- Proven experience (5+ years) in process management, operational excellence, or quality management, preferably in a logistics environment.
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with ISO standards (14001, 45001, 9001) and quality management systems.
- Certification in ISO lead auditing or equivalent quality management training is a plus.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence methodologies is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools
- Experience with continuous improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Process Mapping).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
Your tasks
- ISO Quality Management System (QMS): (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001)
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management system.
- Ensure that processes, policies, and procedures align with ISO standards, and actively drive audits, certifications, and compliance with international standards.
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring that corrective actions are taken to address non-conformities.
- Provide guidance and training on ISO standards to employees to ensure full compliance across the organization.
- Process Management & Operational Excellence:
- Design, analyse, and optimize key business processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure a streamlined workflow across all departments.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement and increased operational effectiveness.
- Support the organization in identifying, measuring, and tracking performance metrics related to process efficiency, cost reduction, and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence initiatives, applying proven methodologies when appropriate.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading process improvement projects and supporting teams in driving operational change.
- Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement structured problem-solving approaches to continuously enhance operational processes and performance.
- Implement and monitor KPI’s to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and assess progress toward continuous improvement goals.
- Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality systems, process optimization, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Support departments with the adoption of best practices related to operational efficiency and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for quality systems, operational excellence, and improvement methodologies.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare reports for senior management on the status of process performance, quality assurance, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to establish a roadmap for future operational improvement projects and quality goals.
