About us
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
This position is a fixed-term contract for the duration of parental leave.
Your profile

Strong quantitative analytical skills - ability to thoroughly analyse data, develop / recommend strategies and prepare business cases

Awareness of pricing influencing factors

Proficiency with MS-Office products

Basic programming knowledge, preferably with SQL and Python

Good skills in communication and coordination

Your tasks
Strategic Pricing
- Enhancement of pricing policies, product by product and overall strategy
- Ongoing maintenance of parts portfolio according to the strategy and market driven needs of the business
- Support top-management reporting
Price rounds
- Prepare proposal for price moves to meet MPE commercial requirements
- Calculate price move and prepare announcement to the markets
- Implement and monitor price move
Market research and competitive analysis
- Define and execute scope of market research
- Market analysis on competitive price position, price lead, product sales, performance and market trends
- Consolidation and analysis of country-specific OEM and IAM market data
Competitive Pricing
- Develop price proposal to other OEMs based on market research and benchmarking to maximise MPE profitability, while maintaining competitive market pricing
- Implement proposed prices after approval
- Build pricing rules for segments / product groups
Market-specific Distributor Pricing
- Planning and proposing market-specific re-pricing projects applying diverse conditions and objectives
- Analyse and assess the price structure, competitiveness, sales, profit and margin per each market and each supply chain level as well as on Pan-European level

Repositioning of dealer and retail price level for individual HYUNDAI / KIA / GENESIS distributors and subsidiaries all around Europe, by considering market-driven prices and optimum margin level of each supply chain level
