MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong understanding of aftersales operations and customer service

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-
Experience in designing and delivering training programs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Your tasks

Marketing Strategy:
-
Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines
-
Development of strategic and tactical marketing campaign to upsell genuine parts
-
Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns
-
Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on all marketing initiatives
-
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, product development,) to ensure alignment on marketing activities
-
Collaborate with external stakeholders (Hyundai, Kia and Genesis Motor Europe as well as external marketing agencies)
-
- Marketing Content Creation & Management:
- Develop compelling marketing content across various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media)
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, website content, videos)
- Manage social media presence and online reputation
- Training & Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for dealership staff on Aftersales products, services, and processes
- Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, online modules (web based training)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Customer Support:
- Provide marketing support to distributors, including co-op marketing programs and localized campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hyundai, Kia and Genesis marketing personnel
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and training programs
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results
