About us
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
This position is fixated for 2 years initially, with an option to extend.
Your profile

University degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant subjects

Minimum 4-5 years relevant work experience

Structured and independent worker, detail oriented and with quality awareness

Your tasks
-
Accessory Marketing for Events & Training (main role)
-
Accessory Events & Conferences – Plan and coordinate 2-3 yearly events from start to finish (local and abroad), including presentation, supplier management, shipping products and working within assigned event budget. This will require excellent and strong organizational skills, in terms of chasing paperwork and be able to professionally communicate with diverse departments. Report of project status and results.

Accessory Training Projects – Prepare training materials for accessories working in close cooperation with Kia and Hyundai trainers. Concept, content and execution of presentations. This will require excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicate and work closely with the respective departments regarding training schedules and product information.

- Accessory Marketing Communications (sub role)
- Support and take in charge of accessory part for seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain constant update of produced marketing materials as accessory brochures. Coordination and management of photo shootings.
- Manage accessory name and description: competitive analysis, comparison and creation of the naming, renew product description with USP
- Support accessory marketing budget. Focal contact for accessory marketing payments. Monthly budget adjustment and invoices submission.
