Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or a related field.
2. Experience in supply chain management: sourcing, purchasing, procurement, inventory, or logistics.
3. Profound knowledge about automotive warranty service and inventory management.
4. Excellent analytic skills, ability to identify risk, attention to details, communication skills in multinational environment.
5. Strong sense of responsibility for tasks and jobs.
6. Relevant IT literacy: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel), SQL, RDBMS.
7. Fluent in English, German and Korean is a plus.
8. Open minded to understand multi-national colleagues.
Your tasks
1. Coordinate with suppliers and Biz. Partners for the preparation of new field service actions and for requirements of ongoing field service actions.
2. Update and maintain accurate informations in the Warranty Campaign database and inform concerned parties of field service actions as requested.
3. Forecast demand and place timely purchase order (SEA/AIR) considering field requirement(Target VIN) to maintain optimal stock level and availability in adequate use of freight expenditure without exceeding budget.
4. Manage life cycle of field service parts to improve inventory health by monitoring field service progress and adjusting order volume and negotiating with Biz. Partners for recompense of leftover deadstock.
5. Ensure field service action is coordinated according to the policy and procedure and identify opportunities to improve current process.
6. Collaborate with planners by providing projection about sudden demand pattern change of any affected parts for which purchase target level must be controlled to prevent excess stock.
7. Support management by providing analysis and status report as assigned
