MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

To strengthen our European headquarter in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for an IT Specialist who is going to be responsible as User Support for our office colleagues by providing technical assistance and supporting with incoming queries and issues through our ticket system related to computer systems, software and hardware.

Your responsibilities

• Troubleshooting of IT related technical issues

• Guide the colleagues through problem-solving process and follow up on the process to ensure that the issue has been resolved
• Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems
• Install and test computer peripherals for users
• IT Asset management following standard company procedures
• Manage IT purchasing procedures
• Write training manuals and instructions

Your qualifications

• University degree in information technology or 2-3 years work experience in a similar position
• Experience with helpdesk 1st/2nd level support
• Broad knowledge and interest in Information Technology
• Ability to work in cross functional and international teams
• Friendly and positive attitude with a result-oriented and self-motivated working style

• Excellent language skills in English, both written and spoken

The following technical knowledge is of advantage:

• Good knowledge on Windows 10 OS and Office 2016
• Active Directory
• Cisco Networking
• ITIL Service Management processes
