Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile

Understanding and experience in general affairs (minimum 3 years) (improving office environment, providing furniture, managing shuttle bus operation for manufacturing plant workers, planning and promoting major events of the corporation, various employee welfare systems/operations, management of company business vehicles, leasing and remodeling new offices, operating and managing employee accommodations, operating/managing in-house restaurants and bidding, managing attendance, providing meals and drinks, snacks, mail management, in-house cleaning management/operations, garden management/operations, operating/managing work uniforms, VIP response, etc. General affairs)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various operational areas simultaneously.

Ability to manage vendor negotiations and maintain supplier relationships effectively.

Intermediate English proficiency is required

Korean language skills is optional

Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing support for management and operations.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
- A valid driving license (Class B) is required, with active driving experience.
Your tasks
- Integrated operation and management of regulations/systems of European corporations (including Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey, and Spain) related to GA, data collection, planning work
- Manage office environment improvements, including furniture, facilities, and in-house services like cleaning and garden management.
- Plan /Initiate major corporate events, employee welfare systems, and in-house restaurant operations.
- Manage company vehicles, shuttle bus services, and employee accommodations.
- Negotiate with suppliers and handle bidding processes for relevant services.
- Report on general affairs performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Lead the General Affairs team and ensure smooth daily operations across all areas.
- Execute additional tasks and support based on the department’s needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and cooperation across departments.
