Your profile
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
-
4+ years of experience as Project Manager/Technical Lead at a major German OEM
-
Experience with Telematics Control Units (TCU), connectivity-focused ECUs, or the mobile device domain
-
Experience in automotive hardware development for ECU-level products
-
Solid understanding of the automotive mass-production development process(requirements analysis, design, validation, SOP support)
-
Strong fundamentals in digital and analog circuit design
-
Experience in power circuit design for automotive applications(power input, regulation, protection concepts)
-
Hands-on experience with schematic and PCB design
-
Ability to design hardware considering automotive reliability and EMC/EMI constraints
-
Experience working in cross-functional teams(HW, SW, mechanical, validation, quality)
-
Ability to clearly document and explain hardware designs and technical trade-offs
-
Hands-on experience with automotive MCUs
-
Familiarity with cellular connectivity systems(4G/5G modems, NAD architecture)
-
Understanding of GNSS, eCall, OTA, V2X, or NTN concepts
-
Basic knowledge of RF system architecture(antenna paths, LNA, splitter, modem interfaces)
-
Experience supporting automotive certification or regulatory testing(EMC, ESD, eCall, environmental reliability)
-
Experience with global OEM projects or customer-facing technical communication
-
Familiarity with AEC-Q100 / AEC-Q200, ASPICE, or ISO 26262
-
Business-level English communication skills
Your tasks
-
Collect and negotiate project requrements
-
Plan and coordinate project resources,
-
Present design concepts and technical solutions on technical reviews, POCs, RFCs, RFIs and RFQs,
-
Determine and prepare projects risk registers to foresee and proactively manage project risks,
-
Validate solutions with Global OEMs, MTCE and Mobis Korea HQ respective teams,
-
Monitor and control project development and test activities and report project progress regularly,
-
Lead technical risk check-ups, collect and document lessons learned/best practices,
-
Be the first point of contact on technical solutions for the project stakeholders,
-
Ensure that product's meet technical and quality standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.
