Embedded Software Engineer (m/w/d)

About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • Master/Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields

  • Excellent knowledge of C, algorithms and data structures

  • Good knowledge of python and neural networks

  • Hands-on experience with embedded platforms

  • Experience with Make/CMake, git, docker, Jenkins, static code checker tools, sanitizers.

  • Experience in ADAS/AD (ASPICE, MISRA, Automotive SOCs, ISO 26262) is a plus

  • Can-do attitude, Agile mind-set and open spirit

Your tasks

  •  Port neural networks onto embedded platform and integrate with platform framework.

  • Check compatibility of various network architectures on the embedded platform and communicate with network development team.

  • Profile the performance of the network and optimize.

  • Compute the KPIs for the neural network running on embedded platform and report them.

  • Implement algorithm improvements for neural networks on embedded hardware.

  • Bring up new boards, upgrade platform software, develop drivers and interfaces for integration whenever needed. 

  • Participate in team meetings and report ideas/issues related to embedded porting and integration
