Your profile

University degree in Engineering/Physics.

5+ years of experience in electric powertrain design (e-motor or transmission).

Experience in reducer (or transmission) design.

Experience in EDU (Motor/inverter interface) design.

Catia V5 Intermidiate or higher skills required.

English written and spoken language skills.

Experience within an Asian company a plus.

Strong self-management skills and high flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Team player and excellent analytical skills.
Your tasks
- Design EDU system (e-Powertrain system) for BEV, HEV.
- Design gearbox system for e-Powertrain (On-axis, off-axis, 2 speed gear shifting, park-lock, differential).
- Design motor cooling system with its sub component (Oil pump, filter, heat exchanger).
- Design motor/inverter interface (High voltage connection).
- Design gearbox lubrication system.
- Create EDU assembly modeling and assembly drawings.
- Review assembly process of EDU and reducer system.
- Establish a relationship with EDU sub parts (housing, gear, shaft, etc.) suppliers.
- Develop a new manufacturing process for EDU sub components (housing, reducer, gear, etc.).
- Identify requirements from customer RFQ and review design concept according to the requirement.
