Your profile
- University degree in engineering (mechanical engineering prefered).
- 5+ years of experience in electric drive system development.
- Experience in technical manager/leader of e-powertrain system.
- Experience in gearbox (transmission) system design.
- Experience in project management tool (Polarion, Jira, confluence, etc.).
- English written and spoken language skills.
- Experience within an Asian company a plus.
Your tasks
- Research Electric powertrain(EV, HEV) development trend in Europe.
- Estalish supply chain of Motor/Reducer and its component in Europe.
- Manage Project timing plan to achieve project target.
- Collaborate with Korean project manager in the headquarter to develop a new concept of EDU.
- Review design concept (in terms of mass production), assembly and part drawings.
- Report the project development progress to Korean HQ program manager.
- Analyze customer requirement (RFQ) and suggest design concept which is comply with the requirement.
- Support motor/gearbox/EDU Production site in Europe.
