Customer Support Representative (f/m/d)
About us
The newest distribution center in the MOBIS Parts Europe distribution network with a nearly 17000 m2 warehouse, based 20 km from the Capital City of Hungary, Budapest. The PDC delivers the goods for 20 countries with 150 delivery points in Middle, South- & North-East Europe and also including some countries in central Asia with overall population of 188 million inhabitants in the covered region. Hungary branch has almost 100 employees.
Your profile
- Fluent in Hungarian, English and Slovakian is must
- Good communication skill both verbal and written
- User level of IT literacy (office, word, excel)
- Work experience in B2B customer service is an advantage
- Customer oriented mind set with can do attitude is must
Your tasks
- Being the contact person towards the B2B customers in terms of daily parts supply issues
- Tracking parts delivery progress to customers and proactively act in case of identifying any discrepancy
- Cooperate with sales, local logistic department, and HQ to handle the customer issues
- Handle customer inquiries (i.e.: availability, expected delivery time, price, order cancellation)
- Investigate and solve customer complaints (i.e.: transport damage, wrong parts, shortages)
- Communication with customers through window communication channel and phone
- Regular reporting
