In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Advanced proficiency in IT tools, systems, and digital platforms

Excellent business acumen and numeric skills, ability develop/recommend strategies and prepare business cases

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges, excellent communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration, and a proactive approach to project management.

University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proficiency to work efficiently in interdisciplinary set up touching the fields of sales, lo-gistics, inventory and IT
-
Data analytics i.e. Numerical skills and advanced proficiency in Power BI

5-7 years proven professional experience within the Automotive
Your tasks

Design B2B customer journey
-
Lead end-to-end business process management of B2B business channel activities
-
Examine achievement, tracking and initiate corrective measures for proper B2B Business Plan follow-up, Closing Estimates accuracy
-
Measure markets' B2B sales performance and initiate corrective actions
-
Lead dedicated PAN-EU Workshops and Webinars modules for B2B Sales Managemenet topics or as requested by management (in coordination and collaboration with other teams / departments)

Execute B2B business channel operations

Manage B2B sales meetings, BP preparation and Workshops with HME, KEU and GME
-
Implement action items as result of B2B sales analysis, PDC feedback, Management directions and HME/KEU/GME cooperation request
-
Manage direct communication with MHQ for B2B sales business requirement with respect to order-to-cash business process management
-
Identify B2B market trends and business requirement from industry bechmarking analysis
-
Represent MPE on external meetings related to B2B Sales Management, KPI tracking and any area of needed Sales Analysis
