About us
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
- Bachelor´s Degree in engineering, Business or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, selling technology to new customers in the automotive field
- Comfortable dealing with customers throughout their organizational structure
- Track record in business development and building stron relationship with customers
- Very good communication skills, analytica thinking, ability to make decisions and team-oriented
- Experience with cross-functional teams and proven track record within an Asian company is a plus.
- English is a must, German or French will be a plus.
Your tasks
- Customer relationship
- Be focal point of contact at MOBIS for the customers for your product line(s).
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with all levels of the customers and organizations
- Develop engagement plan to build relationship at customers to create new growth
2. Commercial negotiation
- Order Intake (20-150 M. Lifetime). Prepare, submit quotation and negotiate with customer
- Establish and negotiate potential customer Terms and conditions, warranty agreements, purchasing conditions, delivery agreement, etc.
- Manage and support all commercial matters such as yearly pricing negotiaion, claims, past due recovery.
- Work closely with the program managers to ensure robust change management process and ensure the financial targgets
3. Account strategy
- 5 years horizon: Evolve and continually refine a strategy 5- years business plan
- 3 years horizon: liaise with product management team to ensure customer feedback is captured to support definition of cost-effective solutions and MOBIS product strategy is aligned with customer´s future needs
- 1 year horizon: Evaluate business opportunities and define order intake trategy
