Your profile
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or comparable.
- Experience with calibration and analysis tools (e.g. CANape, CANoe, MATLAB/Simulink) and agile project management tools like Git, Jira and Confluence are a plus.
- Experience in ADAS development, preferably in a Tier‑1 or OEM environment.
- Good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, German skill is a plus but not mandatory.
- Three years of experience in automotive system testing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Capable to work independently in an organized and structured way.
- Solid understanding of Level 2 / Level 2+ ADAS architectures, Knowledge of Euro NCAP and relevant UNECE regulations is an advantage.
- Travel up to 50% of the time including domestic and international.
Your tasks
- Calibration and tuning of Level 2 / Level 2+ ADAS functions (ACC, LKA/LKS, AEB, Traffic Jam Assist) based on the customer requirement and european regulations.
- Adaptation of platform‑based ADAS solutions to OEM‑specific requirements and vehicle variants.
- Planning and execution of vehicle tests (road, proving ground, simulation). Analysis of test data and derivation of tuning measures and parameters.
- Support of OEM customer acceptance drives , technical reviews , sign-off and performance testing and pre-NCAP testing.
- Documentation of tuning concepts, parameter sets, and test results.
- Analysis of root cause for performance deviations and field issues.
- Represent the company during ADAS and Euro-NCAP testing. Participate to conference relevant to ADAS and AV in Europe.
- Collaborate with internal software, system, validation, and hardware teams
- Generate bugs and defect tickets founded during the vehicle testing. Track the resolution and perform regression test.
- Verify the sensor functionalities and ADAS features after software and Hardware update. Maintain and update the test vehicles according to the project need.
